6"x9" Modern Wooden Box

I use traditional methods of furniture joinery as decorative and structural elements in all of my finely crafted wooden boxes.
 
This decorative keepsake box has a wooden lid constructed of Jobillo wood and Maple. The thin stripe down the center of the lid is Walnut. The box bottom is lined with red/beige/gold batik fabric.  The main box is constructed of solid Cherry wood with contrasting Walnut spline joinery. The encased floating bottom is made of cedar and signed on the bottom. The item you see in the photos is the exact item that I will ship to you.
